Easy Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

A sensational burst of flavor to add to your dish!

Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)

⅛ teaspoon black pepper (to tastez0

In a 2 cup mixing bowl, or a small mixer

Whisk or mix all ingredients. The Vinaigrette will have a creamy appearance.

Storage

Store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Ingredients will naturally separate when stored, simply shake well before using.

Serving Suggestions:

Delicious on fresh greens, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, or as a finishing drizzle for chicken, fish, or tofu.
